Important Notice

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using Paige by StreetOps. By accessing or using this tool — whether as an HR Administrator registering an organisation or as a Team Member completing a survey — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this tool.

1. Who We Are

Paige by StreetOps is a free culture assessment tool developed and operated by StreetOps Consulting ("StreetOps"), a behavioural science and team engagement firm registered as a Company in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Paige by StreetOps is accessible at paige.ng/diagnose and through related StreetOps platforms.

2. Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms apply to two categories of users, each with distinct roles, rights, and responsibilities:

2.1 HR Administrators

HR Administrators are HR Directors, People Managers, Department Heads, or any other individual who registers an organisation on Paige by StreetOps and administers the survey on behalf of that organisation's team.

2.2 Team Members

Team Members are employees, contractors, consultants, or any other individual who receives a survey link distributed by an HR Administrator and completes the culture diagnostic on behalf of an organisation.

By using Paige by StreetOps in either capacity, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that your participation is voluntary, and — where applicable — that you have the authority and consent necessary to do so in your role.

3. Description of the Service

Paige by StreetOps is a 24-question team culture diagnostic that measures six dimensions of organisational health and generates a Culture Health Report.

3.1 The Six Dimensions

  • Identity & Belonging — how connected and valued team members feel.
  • Clarity & Direction — the degree to which goals and roles are clear.
  • Communication & Collaboration — the quality of information flow.
  • Recognition & Growth — whether contributions are seen and supported.
  • Psychological Safety — the extent to which team members feel safe to speak up.
  • Manager Relationship & Wellbeing — quality of the manager relationship.

4. Eligibility and Minimum Requirements

To use Paige by StreetOps as an HR Administrator, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the authority to collect engagement feedback, register a team of at least three (3) respondents, and provide accurate registration information.

Minimum Team Size Note: The current minimum of three (3) respondents is a baseline. In very small teams (3–5 members), aggregated scores may allow reasonable inferences about individual responses.

5. HR Administrator Responsibilities

5.1 Authorisation

You confirm that you are authorised by your organisation to administer engagement surveys and to access and share aggregated Culture Health Report results.

5.2 Informed and Voluntary Distribution

You agree to inform Team Members that participation is voluntary, responses are anonymous, and results will be viewed in aggregated form only.

StreetOps strongly recommends that HR Administrators communicate these points in writing to Team Members before survey distribution.

6. Team Member Rights and Protections

6.1 Voluntary Participation

Your participation is entirely voluntary. You may choose not to complete the survey or submit partial responses at any time without consequence from StreetOps.

6.2 Anonymity of Responses

Your individual responses are anonymous. The report reflects only aggregated team scores.

6.3 Protection from Adverse Employment Action

StreetOps contractually prohibits HR Administrators from using Culture Health Report data to take adverse employment action against individual Team Members.

7. Anonymity — What It Means

  • StreetOps does not collect name, email, or device identifier from Team Members at submission.
  • Responses are stored as numerical data associated only with the organisation's survey account.
  • The Culture Health Report presents aggregated dimension scores only.

In very small teams (3–5 members), it may be possible for a manager to make reasonable inferences about individual responses from aggregated data.

8. Data Subjects and Data Architecture

HR Administrators provide identifiable personal data (name, email) at registration. Team Members provide only numerical survey responses which are anonymised at the point of submission. StreetOps acts as a data processor for Team Member data on behalf of the HR Administrator (the data controller).

9. Consent Framework

HR Administrators provide affirmative consent at registration. Team Members provide consent by completing and submitting the survey after viewing the anonymity notice.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Paige by StreetOps to collect data without knowledge, manipulate responses, violate Nigerian law (including NDPA 2023), or reverse engineer the scoring methodology.

11. Appropriate Use of Report Results

The report is intended to inform internal conversations about team culture. It does not constitute professional HR, legal, or clinical advice. No score should be interpreted as an assessment of individual performance.

12. Intellectual Property

All methodology, scoring frameworks, and report designs are the intellectual property of StreetOps Consulting. You are granted a limited, revocable licence to use the tool and your organisation's reports for internal purposes.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Paige by StreetOps is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. StreetOps is not responsible for any business or employment decisions made on the basis of the reports.

14. Limitation of Liability

StreetOps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability is capped at Nigerian Naira fifty thousand (₦50,000) for the free service.

15. Third-Party Services

StreetOps may engage sub-processors for technical services. All such providers are bound by data processing agreements in compliance with NDPA 2023.

16. Data Retention and Deletion

HR Administrator data is retained for as long as the account is active plus 24 months. Reports are accessible for 12 months from generation.

17. Security and Breach Notification

StreetOps implements industry-standard technical security measures. In the event of a breach affecting identifiable data, StreetOps will notify affected users within mandated timeframes.

18. Cookies and Tracking

The platform uses strictly necessary session cookies to maintain survey sessions and prevent duplicate submissions. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

19. Survey Link Validity

Survey links are valid for 30 days. A report will not be generated unless at least three (3) valid responses are received.

20. Minors

Paige by StreetOps is intended solely for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

21. Accessibility

StreetOps endeavours to make the platform accessible to users with disabilities. We do not discriminate in service delivery on any protected characteristic.

22. Beta Disclaimer

Paige by StreetOps Version 2.0 is an early-stage product and may contain bugs. Feature changes and planned downtime may occur.

23. Report Accuracy Disputes

Disputes relating to technical errors may be raised within 30 days. StreetOps will investigate and issue a corrected report where a technical error is confirmed.

24. No Employment Relationship

These Terms do not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between StreetOps and any user.

25. Anti-Corruption

You must not use the platform in furtherance of any corrupt practice, bribery, or fraudulent conduct under the Corrupt Practices Act (Nigeria).

26. Future Entity Transition

StreetOps may novate these Terms to a successor entity (e.g. Paige Ltd) with at least 30 days' notice to registered HR Administrators.

27. Termination

StreetOps may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or providing false information.

28. Changes to These Terms

We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes to these Terms by email and platform notice.

29. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.

30. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be deemed severable.
